Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow the next business day to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way! 

LOCAL DELIVERY  During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to  shipping" button. Orders placed before 12pm during store hours 9am-12pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next business day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking  information.  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL Shipping. We do not ship outside of United States of America at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:  We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
